Human Resources

Human Resources includes the administration of recruitment, testing and selection processes to fill the City's full time allocated positions. Additionally, the two staff members assigned to provide personnel services to the City's operational departments are also responsible to administer benefits for all employees which include all insurances, worker's compensation and retirement. Our two full time staff members process a myriad of paperwork related to compensation, leaves of absence and legally mandated documents which are maintained in the City's official employment record files.
