The Development Collaborative Advisory Committee (DCAC) is comprised of ten (10) members, appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. The Council reauthorized the Committee for a two year period ending February 23, 2012. The DCAC holds regularly scheduled meetings on the second Thursday of each month. Meetings are held at Turlock City Hall, 156 S. Broadway, in the Yosemite Community Room and begin at 3:30 p.m.
