Welcome to the City of Turlock’s Permit Center

The City of Turlock operates a Permit Center which is conveniently located the City Hall at 156 South Broadway and is comprised of Building, Engineering and Planning functions in one single location. The Permit Center serves as the City's primary point of contact for development related inquiries and permitting needs. Whether you are considering developing a new business/building or expanding/remodeling an existing facility; or just need some general information regarding your property or the City's development process, the City's Permit Center is the place to visit.

Furthermore, if project specific assistance is required from one of these departments, the Permit Center staff can contact the appropriate staff member from the department for support.

The Municipal Services (Utilities) department is also located in City Hall in Suite 270. The Fire Department is located at 900 North Palm.
