This Vacant Land Inventory Map is intended to display property that is undeveloped or not developed according to the General Plan land use designation. Therefore, it may be useful as a tool to developers seeking information regarding available land in the City of Turlock. The General Plan land use designations may change over time, and are updated periodically, but may not reflect current designations. Anyone interested in proposing a development project, including subdivision of land, should contact the Planning Division to discuss current General Plan and Zoning designations for the site prior to moving forward on a project.
