T'AI CHI CH'UAN
Tai Chi Chuan is an art of self-defense and self-discipline which has been in existence for centuries in China. The slow, graceful movements are practiced for health, concentration and relaxation. As an exercise, tai chi improves blood circulation and increases the immune system. It strengthens the mind, joints, muscles and bones, thereby improving flexibility and balance.
All participants MUST PRE-REGISTER.

BATON TWIRLING
Join us & learn the fundamentals of beginning baton twirling. Baton twirling is a fun, social activity that builds self-confidence, responsibility, quick thinking, team work & coordination. Learn basic to advanced twirls. This class will pave the way to march in the Disneyland Main Street Parade. More information will be given at class. Dont wait to register, space is limited.

CHEERNASTICS FOR 3 - 12 YEARS
This class helps children learn the basics of cheerleading and tumbling including motions, jumps, dance, kicks, bridges, rolls and more in a fun and enthusiastic environment. Students learn at their own pace while developing coordination and basic skills.

MARATHON MILE Kids & Families Fun Run
The Kids & Families Marathon is an incremental running program that has been designed to encourage kids and their families to exercise and begin a healthy lifestyle that will continue for years to come. Participating children grades K 6, Teens and Adults will run a total of 26.2 miles (a full marathon distance) over a four-month period. Participants will be motivated to build endurance, increase self-confidence and learn to reach goals.
Participants will complete their final 1 mile during the Family Play Day on Saturday, April 24th at Donnelly Park Area M. Upon completing the marathon participants will receive a Marathon Finishers Medal and T-shirt, along with food and beverages.

YOGA FOR ADULTS
YOGA computer
This is a beginning yoga class where students will develop strength, flexibility and endurance through the practice of different yoga postures (asanas). The asanas will be done gently and held for a few breaths. Proper breathing techniques will be taught for each asana allowing the student to find the connection between their mind and body.
- Students are encouraged to bring a towel or Yoga Mat to work out on.

TINY TOTS FITNESS LEAPS AND BOUNDS 4 - 6 YEARS
This 6 week tiny tot program encourages children at a young age to be active will motivate them to stay fit as they get older. In a fun, safe and positive setting, Leaps and Bounds will teach children drills and exercises to help develop eye/hand coordination and motor skills, establishing the groundwork for future fitness.

This 6-week class is a high energy, fun-filled exercise class. It strives to increase the overall health and fitness level of children in a fun, safe and motivating environment by utilizing obstacle courses, fitness games, partner activities, body weight exercises, circuits and more.
