Possession of Methampheatmine Spruce/Angelus 2/6/2010 247 Parolee Carol Wayne Harlan (39yrs) was stopped. He was in possession of methamphetamine and a large knife. The parole agent placed a hold and he was booked.
Move Over Law Section 21809 of the California Vehicle Code requires a person who is driving a vehicle on a freeway and approaching in a lane immediately adjacent to a stationary authorized emergency vehicle that is displaying emergency lights, or a stationary tow truck or Caltrans vehicle that is displaying flashing amber warning lights, to move out of that lane, or slow to a reasonable and safe speed.
Television or Video Displays Section 27602 of the California Vehicle Code states a person shall not drive a motor vehicle if a television receiver, a video monitor, or a television or video screen, or anyother, similar means of visually displaying a television broadcast or video signal that produces entertainment or business applications, is operating and is located in the motor vehicle at a point forward of the back of the driver's seat, or is operating and the monitor,screen, or display is visible to the driver while driving the motor vehicle.
