Officers responded to the report of a possible theft at the 7-11. While officers were there, Christopher Pratt, 21 years, showed up and began challenging subjects to fight. He refused to calm down and refused to leave, until escorted out of the store. Outside, he struggled with officers and was arrested for obstructing an officer.

Oscar Romo (40yrs) was intoxicated and got into a fight with his brother, Antonio Romo (29yrs). Antonio grabbed a butcher knife and threatened to kill Oscar. His elderly parents took the knife away but Antonio pushed them both down and grabbed another one. His parents disarmed Antonio again. The police were called and Antonio took off on foot but was caught and arrested for terrorist threats, brandishing a weapon and elder abuse. Oscar was arrested for public intoxication.
