Police Records

The Records Unit provides a variety of services and information to the community. The Records Unit may assist you with:

• Towed Vehicles
• Traffic Accident Reports
• Crime Reports
• Clearance Letters
• Permits
• Parking Tickets
• Live Scan Fingerprinting
• Registering convicted criminals for Sex Offenses, Arson or Drug Offenses
• Obtaining a copy of a police report
• Pawn/Second Hand Dealer Report (JUS 123) Fillable Form

Records Personnel may also assist the public with any inquiries relating to police services, resources, or assistance. The Records Unit is open to the public, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays and weekends. Records can be reached at (209) 668-5550, extension 6600.

To make a police report or request immediate police assistance calls should be made to (209) 668-1200, and any report of a life threatening emergency should be directed to “9-1-1”.
